Spa Etiquette & Guest Guidelines

At La Habana Thai Day Spa, we are dedicated to creating a serene and restorative environment for all our guests.

To ensure everyone enjoys their visit, we kindly ask you to follow our spa etiquette.

This guide outlines our policies, your responsibilities, and your rights as a guest, helping to maintain a safe, respectful, and tranquil atmosphere where you can fully relax, rejuvenate, and restore your well-being.

Before Your Visit

Arrive 15 minutes early to check in; treatments will end on time.
Inform us of health concerns or pregnancy when booking.
Avoid eating at least an hour before treatment and refrain from alcohol on the day.
Drink plenty of water before and after your session.

During Your Visit

Switch off all electronic devices to maintain a calm environment.
Communicate your preferences, expectations, and areas needing attention to your therapist.
Feel free to ask questions about treatments, staff credentials, or procedures.
Silence is encouraged during massages, though conversation is allowed.

Responsibilities as a Guest

Treat staff, other guests, and spa property with courtesy and respect.
Follow instructions for products, equipment, and therapies.
Participate in maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Your Rights as a Guest

You may stop a treatment at any time if unsatisfactory.
Expect considerate, professional, and confidential care.
Ask questions about your experience, treatments, and staff training.

Booking & Cancellations

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance; late cancellations/no-shows incur 50% charge.
Group bookings (4+ guests) require a 50% deposit 24 hours prior.

Valuables & Conduct

Lockers are provided; spa is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Do not bring outside food or alcohol; alcohol is not permitted on the premises.

Gratuity & Vouchers

Gratuity is not included unless stated; tips are appreciated if satisfied.
Treatment prices and voucher values may change without notice; vouchers are non-refundable.
