At La Habana Thai Day Spa we ask that all our guests abide by the following Code of Conduct.

Check-in: Plan to arrive at the Spa 15 minutes prior to your treatment time. As a courtesy to the next scheduled guest, your treatment will end on time regardless of the time it begins.

Health Concerns/Pregnancy: Some spa services may not be suitable if you have health issues or if you are pregnant. Please let us know when making a booking if you are pregnant or have any health issues that might affect your treatment.

Electronic Devices: To preserve the Spa’s tranquil environment, we respectfully request that you leave all electronic devices turned off.

Your Responsibilities as a Spa Guest
To enjoy your spa experience to the fullest, observe the Code of Conduct, act responsibly and be aware that common sense and personal awareness can help ensure your satisfaction, comfort and safety, as well as that of others.

Cancellations: If you are unable to keep your appointment and need to cancel and/or reschedule, please do so within 24 hours prior to your booked time. No shows and late cancellations will be charged 50% fee off their booked treatment which will be paid on their next visit.

Complaints: All concerns are to be communicated with the staff at reception once your treatment has been completed.

Valuables: The spa will provide lockers and for their guests in the treatment rooms. However, the Management and Staff will not accept responsibility or liability for damage of property or loss of possessions or any injury whatsoever.

Group bookings: We require 50% deposit 24 hours prior to your booked time if you are booking for 4 or more people.

Eating and Drinking: Try not to eat for at least an hour before a treatment and avoid the consumption of alcohol on the day of a treatment. Also remember to drink plenty of water before and afterward. Please do not bring outside food or drink into the spa. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the spa.

Communication During a Massage: It is fine to carry on a conversation with your therapist during a massage, although most guests find that silence enhances the tranquility. Please give your therapist some feedback about the amount of pressure or areas of your body that need special attention. If the therapist does not understand, the guest can ask the receptionist on duty to communicate with the therapist.

Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the price of a treatment unless otherwise stated. If your spa experience was a positive one (and please let us know if it wasn’t) you are welcome to offer tips.

Vouchers & Treatment Costings: Treatment prices are subject to change without notice and this includes treatment value vouchers, Voucher holders will be required to pay in the difference. Purchased vouchers are non-refundable.
